To a certain extent, our services are provided free of charge. Paid resources are explicitly mentioned. This is the case when students buy courses: price is available on the tutor's profile. By purchasing a course, the student expressly accepts these pricing conditions and authorizes us to charge his/her credit card, debit card or other method of payment; bank fees payed to the payment processors we work with are clearly mentioned before payment validation. If fees may be charged to the student for the use of his/her means of payment we invite him/her to check with his/her bank or financial intermediary. At the payment validation an order form is published in the student account. Tutors mentioned as professionals can and under their entire responsibility issue an invoice, request must be made directly to them. Sessions scheduled and not canceled twenty-four hours in advance are considered as performed by the tutor. It is possible to cancel your Abiliteo account at any time, but no refund is possible. Tutors when requesting payment for the sessions performed are charged an amount directly deducted form their transfer of eighteen percent, no fixed fees are applied. By using our promotional, communication and organizational services and tools, tutors expressly agree to pay these fees and to use the third-party payment solution available from their Abiliteo account. If financial charges may be billed to him/her for using his/her account, we invite tutors to check with his/her bank or financial services. An order not entirely consumed after one year will entail the edition of an accounting document for the balance owned by Abiliteo. Users of our services are solely responsible for paying all taxes and other charges of any kind required by applicable regulations. The financial information provided to us must be accurate and complete
Courses are delivered by the tutor to the student under the full and exclusive responsibility of the tutor. The tutor sets the pedagogical approach, the schedule as well as his/her financial requirements without any direction from Abiliteo. The tutor is not an employee of Abiliteo: she/he acts with complete autonomy and independence. Abiliteo offers its services to connect people, promote and help courses organization.
This Agreement shall begin on the date hereof. Certain parts of this website offer the opportunity for users to post and exchange opinions, information, material and data ('Comments') in areas of the website. Abiliteo does not screen, edit, publish or review Comments prior to their appearance on the website and Comments do not reflect the views or opinions of Abiliteo, its agents or affiliates. Comments reflect the view and opinion of the person who posts such view or opinion. To the extent permitted by applicable laws Abiliteo shall not be responsible or liable for the Comments or for any loss cost, liability, damages or expenses caused and or suffered as a result of any use of and/or posting of and/or appearance of the Comments on this website.
